Fixes about %u and %p substitution with RC credentials

If a user chages its password, calendars inserted with expansion wildcards (%u , %p) does not work properly, This merge request contents: expansion of credentials only when and where needeed, and use of the new password for expansion if changed.

Change REPORT <c:calendar-query> with a PROPFIND request because SabreDAV driven CalDAV servers don't support queries with no query criteria.

Translate legacy X-Kolab-Type 'application/x-vnd.kolab.contact.distlist' into the right object type (#2942)

This only uses these values as a fall-back if no RRULE is defined but not in combination with it.
